The VeryPC Warranty Support System helps you access support, updates, downloads, and warranty services for VeryPC computers.
Some parts of the service are public or guest-accessible through token-based links, while other parts are available only to authenticated users with the appropriate permissions or business relationship.
You must use the VeryPC Warranty Support System only for lawful purposes and only in connection with devices, accounts, or requests you are authorized to access.
If you receive account credentials or a secure access link, you are responsible for keeping it secure and must tell us promptly if you believe your access has been compromised.
We aim to keep information, downloads, and warranty content available through the VeryPC Warranty Support System accurate and current. However, we do not guarantee that everything will always be complete, current, or suitable for your specific use.
You are responsible for checking compatibility and suitability before using any file, document, or related material obtained through the VeryPC Warranty Support System.
Any availability, quote, or callback information shown through the service is subject to confirmation by VeryPC and does not by itself create a binding contract.

We may suspend or block access where we reasonably believe this is necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, operational reasons, or because these terms have been breached.
Use of the VeryPC Warranty Support System is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected, used, stored, and shared in connection with the service.
The VeryPC Warranty Support System and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VeryPC excludes warranties, representations, and guarantees that are not expressly set out.
VeryPC is not liable for loss, damage, or disruption arising from your use of the VeryPC Warranty Support System, your inability to use it, or your reliance on its content, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the use of the VeryPC Warranty Support System, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
Subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to such disputes.
By using the VeryPC Warranty Support System, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
